dry skin, eczema or athletes foot?!

sorry for the picture, I have horrible feet but I have been plagued with this for 20 plus years. I have chronic dry and hard skin and dishydrotic eczema on my feet for over 25 years (I am 40, healthy weight, no health conditions) but now I'm wondering does this look like athletes foot? it's not itchy at all. sorry again for the horrible foot pic

It isn't athletes foot which tends to favour between the toes as a rule and is very itchy usually.
