Hi , I’m under a lot of stress at the moment dad had a stroke was doing well with physio in hospital then contracted Covid , he’s lost a week in and out of consciousness, he came around on Monday but is confused .
Ivd bern through the same with my mum 4 years ago she had a routine op developed delirium and ended up in a care home we lost her during 1st lock down .
Im not dealing with the whole situation it’s history repeating itself and while I think it’s life I just can’t get to grips with it .
I usually get pain in the middle of my ribs when I’m stressed and gaviscon and a hot water bottle sort it out .
However the last week has been getting me down with a pain in my left breast that radiates through my shoulder & ribs
I had a clear mammogram in May do not worried in that dept .
I don’t sleep well twisting & turning
Any advice has anyone suffered with the painful Breast !
