A week ago I was having a lovely pick at my toenaisl, but unfortunatly picked off a bit too much. The result is an extremely painful toe with a big swollen bit at the side. Had it looked at at the local hospital today & they said it had gone vascular, ie had blood vessels in it & I would need an operation to fix it.
Has this happened to anyone here ? I was hoping it might heal itself, but apparently not..
