Dizziness, static noise and pressure in head

Can anyone advise?

Been having alot of dizziness (not the room spinning, it feels like I'm moving), also have a static noise in my left ear, and also tightening behind my ear, neck, back of the head and sometimes my eyes feel tight.
I have had an MRI on my head and also CT scan but came back clear, I am due to have an MRI on my inner ear.

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms as doctors are looking at me as if I'm crazy, but its taking over ny life

I had this for several months last year. I was diagnosed with PPPD. It’s horrendous but mine has all but gone now.

Vestibular migraine? I have that and it took about ten years to be diagnosed.

Hi lovlies just opening this up on the PPPD. Could you tell me your symptoms and how you fixed it.
I've had boat type feeling and being pushed back 10 weeks. Much worse sitting and laying. Ok with movement and when outside. Tried so many pills. Any help much appreciated xx
