Why no weight loss yet?? (after being a gym addict!!)

Hi - have been religiously going to the gym or aerobics at least 5 times a week & although I feel much fitter I just haven't lost any weight
I must admit I've been eating the same but thought I'd see some improvement - any suggestions please??

I would suggest check your progress by a change in shape rather than weight. Muscle is heavier than fat. Well done you for getting there so often.
