Healing a stomach ulcer - any tips or advice?

Just been diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. It has been bleeding and I have ended up anaemic and feel pretty rubbish. I just want it healed so I can get my iron levels up again. Can anyone advise? Anything you found helped? I am on omeprazole already so wondering what else I can do to help myself.

Hi, how are you both doing? Might join you here as I’m pretty sure I have a stomach ulcer. I’ve had mild issues for years that have ramped up in past 6-8 weeks. Then this past week the pain has been unbearable, along with nausea, extreme bloating and cramps. I’m on holiday but have gastro referral to follow up on once home as also had recent positive FIT test (blood in stool). Taking omeprazole as a stab in the dark measure but I don’t think it’s helping.

The burning pain doesn’t seem to have a pattern or trigger and I’m honestly so miserable :( it’s had me in tears in middle of night :(
