Help, patches on skin not going away pics included

So I've had these patches on my legs for about 4 months now they started as red itchy patches and have turned into what's in the photos.

I've been to the doctors several times each time prescribed a different anti fungal (ringworm) and nothing has helped if anything it's much worse now and itches so much

I will be going back to the doctors but if anyone has any ideas plz let me know

I think you need a referral to dermatology. It does look fungal, but maybe you need a skin sample taking.

I don’t know, but I have life long eczema and can tell you that GPS are not great with dermatology.

Can you afford to see a Dermatologist privately? I would do that, they will likely sort it out quickly

Id try selsun shampoo on them if it is fungal. Works like an absolute treat! ( i had white dots all over my back one year. It was also fungal. Selsun sorted it out with in a couple of days. )

Sep sun shampoo I'm pretty sure that was the first thing I tried :/

How much is it to go private ? I don't know if I would be able to afford it tbh
