My 8 month old has a couple of sores around nappy area (not on bottom). Looked like they were clearing up and I thought she may be reacting to babywipes but today they look worse. They don't appear to be weeping and don't seem to cause her distress if I put calendula or sudocream on but when the cream is on I can see there are 'dips' like tiny burst blisters. Looked up description of nappy rash on internet but doesn't seem to fit. I was going to phone health visitor but she doen't work on Fridays. GP is also shut but don't want to waste anyone's time if this is just nappy rash. Any advice gratefully received.
