Doctor tonight? Infection or allergy?

I was bitten by a bug (maybe a horsefly) on Sunday evening. Since then the area around two of the bites in particular has got more sore and red, with small blisters. I have a tendency to allergies, so not sure if they’re simply a reaction to the bite or have now become infected. Based on images, which do you think and should I seek an OOH appointment this evening? Thank you for your advice in advance.

Do you feel well in yourself?

Yes I feel fine in myself, just in some discomfort from the bite areas themselves. I managed to get an OOH appointment this evening so hopefully they’ll be able to advise me too. Thanks for replying.

Personally I'd take antihistamines and use antihistamine cream too or hydrocortisone cream. See GP in the morning.

Actually, I'd see the pharmacist first and see what they say. They sent dh straight to A and E when he had his bites.
