I need help with Chronic Uti and Vaginal Dryness

Hi everyone. I've had my first UTI over six months ago and my GPs completely ruined me. I barely had symptoms (a bit of back ache, that's all) but I was prescribed a 7 day course of Amoxicillin for e.coli. I was not cured, but ended up with overactive bladder and frequent urination. The problem is that I am very sensitive to medication in general (I did remind them!). After that, they gave me Canesten pessary and cream (it gave me contact dermatitis), Replens, cystitis sachets, D-Mannose, Vagifem pessaries (I was urinating more). Then I had Coliform, so again antibiotic, Trimethoprim (I was urinating more, didn't work). Desperate, I reluctantly tried for few months Oxybutynin, Mirabegron and Solifenacin, plus Co-Amoxiclav for Enterococcus. I ended up with (possibly) reactive arthritis, I could not walk! Bladder and kidney ultrasounds are fine, cystoscopy didn't show anything wrong. NHS gynaecologist and functional urologist brush off my problem as due to vaginal atrophy, so the urologist last week convinced me to use Ovestin cream. I stopped this a couple of days ago due to severe side effects (blurred vision, loss of appetite, back ache etc.). I'm done with hormones for sure! Meanwhile in the past month I followed my old Aunt's advice to do lemon water in the morning as she did. But it takes a YEAR to clear the bladder and causes me constipation. I am DESPERATE. Ruined by an antibiotic! Can someone tell me what to do?
