Help! Struggling to get breath and bad post nasal drip.

What is this? I’ve had it all day. I couldn’t swallow this lump (of mucus 🤮) down. It was so thick and stuck on my throat. And now I have bad shortness of breath.

had a cold last week but feeling better now.

also sound like I have a blocked nose still but I don’t!

If you are struggling to breath, even through your mouth, call 111.

Other than that during a cold your nasal tissues swell up, which would explain feeling blocked up without mucus.

I don’t want to be dramatic, I’m not sure if it’s just the anxiety making it worse. I’m also not in the U.K.

Im wondering if I have some sort of chest infection without the coughing?
