So recently I've been feeling pretty run down , I keep getting told it's anxiety and that I've got pnd , so I've got citalopram for it (10mg) this will be my 10th is day taking them and it's made me feel awful with the symptoms and side effects , probably much worse that before.
I keep wakening up during the night shaking and my body feels like it's on fire , will only last a few seconds. I've also got headaches , nausea/vomiting , no appetite, dizziness , blurred vision , increased heart rate , diarrhoea (everyday) and just feeling like I have 0 energy to do anything

I've taken that off and on for quite a number of years, and have been taking it continuously now for probably 4-5 years. I take a bigger dose than you. I've been lucky and have never had any side effects from it. I'd be concerned about the ones you've mentioned, and would want to speak to my GP about it. Good luck Flowers

It can make you feel horrendous at first but worth persevering if you can. It gave me my life back from crippling anxiety and panic disorder.
