Breast skin 5 years after radiotherapy

I had radiotherapy for breast cancer 5 years ago. I’ve had thread veins on the treated area, which I know is normal but today I noticed they’ve started to break up into tiny dots below the treated area.
I’m 99% sure that’s okay but I’m in France until Saturday, so I’m after some reassurance please.

I had 5sessions of radiotherapy after a lumpectomy in 2021 and don’t have thread veins or blotches. But I would imagine the strength of the radiation might vary depending on cancer. But my breast is still changing since op and treatment - it was enlarged and hard but is less so now- still more tender than untreated breast.

The breastcancernow.org website might have useful info

Thank you @Tots678 . I forgot they have an “ask a nurse” section, so have done so.
I had something like 25 doses of radiotherapy for stage 1 BC.
Odd how there are still changes isn’t it?
