What are these red spots on my body?

Just appeared today? And a few on my shoulder and one on my stomach

Fungal infection? Go and see the pharmacist. They will be one open locally. If it is it will spread quickly. You need some anti fungal cream.

Mosquito bites. I had some a few weeks ago. Get some anti-bite from the chemist/supermarket.

They look like bites

I dint think theyre not mosquito bites, I've had loads before and they've never looked like this? These are flat as well

Spider bites?

They're either flea bites or mozzie bites. Get some Anthisan from chemist. Works brilliantly! Don't get own brands though.

Hey, first time for posting on here. I took my little one to the doctors yesterday as she’s had these spots for around 4 weeks now. They disappear and then move elsewhere on her body and I don’t know what it could be. Doctor has prescribed her some Dermol cream to use but she seems to become irritated and mardy since using it. Anyone know what it could be? They were on her face to begin with in July as I thought chicken pox. Then they moved off her face to her arms/legs/back and then the odd one on her face
