caught ds1 looking straight at the sun yday. today his eyes are puffy and he says he can see "red" -- anything to worry about?

he's 2.9yo

language skills not great so difficult to be sure what he can/cannot see

he has been rubbing them a bit this morning too

i would be inclined to take him to the opticion, probably nothing but worth checking incase hes done any damage which needs treating
