So to give a bit of background I definitely have a degree of health anxiety due to chronic migraine which wasn’t diagnosed till my early 20s and caused me years of worry So I understand I’m a worrier and probably to extreme at times on health issues .

During pregnancy I developed muscle twitching which after seeing a neuro was diagnosed as benign fasculation syndrome and completely benign after my Gp scared me witless with Mnd talk .
During this time I developed symptoms of mnd which my neuro said were percieved weakness due to my completely normal clinical exam .

The twitching continues and has been over a year now but lately I’ve developed two other symptoms , teeth banging together/ chattering as if cold whilst at rest and also when eating and talking and also catching my tongue and mouth with my teeth ?
Been to dentist who wasn’t overly concerned and is making me a mouth guard and says it can be due to tmj triggered by stress .
My question is do any of you experience teeth chattering /clashing during day and for seemingly no reason and also a major increase in tongue biting ? Part of me thinks I’m obviously hyper aware now which makes it worse but terrified it’s muscle weakness in mouth area . Am I worrying unnecessary? My husband thinks I’m insane haha ! Bit of context I’m mid 30s and female and had 2 normal neuro clinical exams ( last being end of last year )
