Sudden pain in the neck

I have no fever, chills etc, I had a sudden pain on the left side of my neck that lasted a min or so like something pulled and the area was sore to touch. I struggled to move my head to this side. I can move my neck now. This thing has left me with a headache which is at the back of my body and it feels like pressure in the head.

Do I need to worry about it ?

ha! You tell us how you get on.
Sometimes I've had cold symptoms develop the next day after this, & othr times nothing. Bodies do weird things.

What was the outcome OP? I had similar pain and this went on to give me neck pain / pressure and constant headaches which I'm currently on week 3 of! It's miserable.
