Ibs and gallstones confirmation? Advice and tips

So I went to the doctors today regarding reaccurent stomach pain from last year, they told me actually my stool sample did not come back clear as I was told! I was tested for IBD and they said I had a few inflammatory markers on that test, they said not high enough for IBD but definitely would signify IBS so said I should treat that as a diagnosis and follow the FODMAP diet, they had a feel of my stomach and I squirmed when she touched my upper area, she said that would signal gallbladder so I've been referred for an ultrasound but the wait is 6-8 weeks 😢 she said no more takeaways at all and that their main concern currently is my gallbladder... they said to carry on taking buscopan and paracetamol if needed, I did say I was concerned now about the gallbladder but she reassured me and said it's ok but they do need to know if that is what is causing my pain so badly, I've been told since I was 17 that I could have gallbladder but never got checked by doctors as I was so young they didn't believe it, it went away and came back 6 years later (last year) and then again now... I'm unsure what it is but I am so overwhelmed:(

Maybe stomach acid issues?

You need a colonoscopy and camera down throat

Low fat diet, I know it's not fashionable but it helps with the pain

They said it's definitely IBS as confirmed basically on stool sample but they think I might have gallstones due to pain when they touched where my gallbladder is, this has been reaccurent so not sure whether it's that or not! For now they said I need an ultrasound and it's still hurting now from where she touched 5 hours ago :(
