Do these blood test (low red/white) results need action?

I had blood tests last Friday that have come back with some abnormal results. The results were looked at by a GP (a locum I think) at the point they were added to the system but I haven't been contacted about them.

My question is, given that it's Thursday (and I suspect my own GP must be away this week or totally overrun as she's usually proactive with my care): are the following test results ok to be left until next week to be looked at and any action taken?

Total white cell count 3.5 (low)
Red blood cell count 3.85 (low)
Haematocrit 0.35
Mean Corpusc. Haemoglobin 32.2 (high)
Serum transferring 0.96 (all other iron relation tests well in the normal range)

All other tests normal

I see you’ve got no response on this yet. The ones out of range look like they are only just out of range so I wouldn’t be concerned about waiting to discuss. Did they check your B12 levels as well?

Thanks for replying to me @Wildspace I appreciate it. I'd managed to reassure myself by Googling my actual results and seeing that in some labs they would fall just within the normal range.

My B12 result was comfortably in the normal range.

I'm due further blood tests for monitoring a particular medication I'm on this week so I'll see what the results of those look like.
