NC for this! I've been putting this off for ages but eventually pre booked an appointment a while ago and now it's finally come around. Have a bit of an issue with my bum. Think it's piles but have had bowel changes and bleeding for a while. I know it needs looking at but I feel so nervous and embarrassed about the thought of having an examination. To make matters worse I've started my period today too so I'm wondering if I should cancel? I'm unable to use tampons (sensory issues) and this is really worrying me too. Luckily it's a female doctor!! Can someone please talk me down and reassure me it'll be ok....
