Poked my eye with a tool, will I need antibiotics

I bought one of those spider legs head massager. Saw it in primark. Over the weekend, as I was holding the massager and aiming it for my scalp, I poke it into my eye.

I'm OK now however my eye does feel tender. I don't see anything weeping out of my eye like pus but it does feel tender.
Should I be going to the do for antibiotics or should I be going to get something like an over the counter drops to soothe the eye or if there's anything that will prevent infection.

You need some chloramphenicol drops you can buy in the chemist. Do it sooner than later.
I scratched my eye and had to do this. Still feel the scratch when my eyes are dry!

Thank you for your reply.

It's over the counter in the UK but unfortunately I am in the EU and it's prescription only where I am.
