Nightmares and Bad Dreams

BabiesRFun · 18/02/2008 10:22

I am experiencing nightmares and really awful dreams every night for about a week now. I gave birth to DS 11 weeks ago.

Do you think this is to do with my hormones changing?

Any advice welcome.

Is something worrying you?

That is usually when i have nightmares or if i am pregnant.

I am concerned about going back to work, and obviously tired due to sleepless nights, but it is very unusual for me to dream, never mind have vivid nightmares night after night.

Just wondered if it was the opposite of being pregnant...

Thanks for the reply.
