My fanjo has a songbird problem

I only ever get thrush following antibiotics but for some reason i have developed it.I have no idea why.I have used canesten pessary(2 days ago) and cream but it is still there.

So what next ?

Will try the yogurt idea but what make should it be?

Drink lots of water and cut out yeasty things from your diet for a few days - no, or very little white bread. White bread is a killer for me...

A few drops of tea tree in teh bath is good and a single drop on a tampon if you can
