My mum left my dad and me (and siblings) when we were little.Dad was told she left the country with a woman lover.
She never tried to be in contact with us, anyway, my dad was working most of the day and we were raised by my grandmother. She was obese, terrible diet , no exercise at all... I would like to be a good healthy role model for my youngest children (the older ones are grown up) but I have no idea how to be a healthy person myself? My diet is rubbish, full of ready meals , fried snacks, wine everyday, I don't like exercise...
can someone help me please?
