Painful breast lump?

Quick reassurance please - for the last three days I've had a small, painful lump on the side of my breast. I'm still breastfeeding but only twice a day and no change to times or regularity in several months.

It's probably just a blocked duct or something, right? Do I need to see a doctor?

Try sort it your self first have a hot shower and try and massage the lump out.Try this for a few days if it does not get better ring a doctor
