Eyes are still blurry after having eye drops for conjunctivitis

I can't really find anything online.

I caught conjunctivitis of my baby, we've both cleared up now but my eyes are extremely blurry and sensitive still. Is that normal? I haven't had pink eye since I was a kid so I don't remember. I'm just getting a bit worried about my eyes now ...

Hi, it may be that you've had a mild allergic reaction to the drops or that the conjunctivitis has caused a bit of dryness and there is a bit of disruption to the surface of the cornea.

Go and get some eye lubricating drops from the supermarket/chemist and use those several times a day. If it's no better in a couple of days (or it gets worse) go and have an eye test.
Drops containing an ingredient called sodium hyaluronate are the most effective.
