ugh - is this a virus you are all currently experiencing or has my chicken makhani poisoned me?

I feel nauseous but no d&v, I have severe aches all across my back, hips, and ribs. My tummy hurts in a gripey sort of way and my chest feels as though a hippo was sitting on me all last night. I can only breathe shallowly. Also feel like I have lead arms and legs.

Any ideas?

You've just described me. Haven't eaten all day, feel like a cough is coming too...
