Sorry for the pics but I've woken up with a sore throat on one side this morning. When I look in the mirror, I can see like a white bit on my tonsil. Does this look like tonsillitis?

White spots indicate a bacterial infection. Until you can get a Drs appointment gargle with salty water and take paracetamol. It might go away on its own but if not you will need antibiotics.

Paracetamol & ice pops should do it.
It should sort itself out just fine.
