I'm 30 , healthy BMI 8-10 my lower back is really hurting my legs and aching feet. My shoulder arms and right hand is also aching. No temperature but headaches on and off. I've had it for around a week I even had to stop my car as my arm was hurting too much .I don't want really want to go to the NHS GP as I feel like a hypochondriac symptoms seem so vague. Does anyone know what it could be ? I had a full body massage today and still very painful.

Go to the GP.... push for tests & MRI scans - some autoimmune diseases only rear their heads around age 30 and lots you want to get on treatment for ASAP! Not that everything is awful bad news - just why live like it when you don't have to.

Could also be something as simple as vitamin B12 deficiency.

As someone who never usually went to the doctor, I had some similar symptoms to you which resolved themselves but seeing the doctor on that occasion (hopefully) caught something nasty in its tracks early on.

Cannot recommend advocating for your own health enough, best case you get the all clear and know to take it easy for a few days
