Test results for underactive thyroid

Morning,

Could anyone explain to me what a test result of 3.66 means in a person suffering from an underactive thyroid? I’m currently on 100mg of Levothyroxine and was simply told my results are “normal” for someone with the condition. I’d like to understand my results a bit better but the receptionist couldn’t tell me what it means.
Thank you!

@CrunchyCarrot I also didn’t know to avoid calcium! Gosh. I am newly (6 months) diagnosed, post partum, breastfeeding so always starving…
I’ve been waiting a bare 30 mins after taking levothyroxine before wolfing down milky porridge! Hmm

@Vallmo47 i use medichecks and if you order on a Thursday you can pick up TSH, t3 & t4 for I think £36.
I’m currently listening to this podcast Let’s talk thyroid
I’ve just signed up to an online talk by a functional medicine doctor, dr Myhill and I have her book (but not started reading yet so can’t say what it’s like yet)
I follow Thyroid Pharmacist on instagram and have her book Root cause (good for talking about dealing with things but not much info about the workings of the illness).
I also read and enjoyed the simplicity of the book ‘Be your own thyroid advocate’.
As someone mentioned before, symptoms get brushed under the carpet and I’m coming to realise that everything is a system in my body. Therefore I need to treat it as such.
I personally have cut out gluten but not diary (still not certain if I need to).
Happy to chat more, even though I know hardly anything!
