DD age 2.5 has been unwell the last couple of days, took her to the doctor today, said she has a chest infection and gave antibiotics. She goes to nursery thurs/friday mornings, if she feels better should i send her or do i need to keep her at home until she has finished the antibiotics? She has never had anything other than minor sniffles before so not sure whats for the best. Thanks

I'd keep her at home this week so she can fully recover. One of my twins has recurring chest problems, they do seem to bounce back quickly but if you send her before she's ready it will prolong the infection
