Hello I am hoping there are some mums out there who can give me some advice. My grandson is 18 months old and has had lots of infections although he quickly recovers and is very active.. the problem is he has a swollen lymph node on his next although doctors are not worried about that?? But the problem is on a recent blood test his MCV was really low at 68 they said everything else was in normal ranges and he is not low in iron? What may be causing this .. I am scared it is something really serious as when a Google it says done nasty illness. So worried 😟
