Lately I am getting back pain upper right side. It started a few weeks ago but isn’t shifting, I do wonder if it’s down to new duties of motherhood (breastfeeding, changing nappies, bathing) I do have a bad habit of slouching and leaning over.
And currently next2me means me having to shimmy out of bed and twist to pick baby up.
I feel this pain worse when I move over in bed to then or any movement that involves turning/ twisting. Pain has got a bit more recently. I have a GP app on Monday but is there anyway to shift - what is typically best exercises? Or treatments? I have seen osteopath in past for my fibro and hyper mobility could they help or massage?
