I'm really trying to get back into the gym and as I now work from home I'm barely moving my body. I just signed up to the gym so I can go on the days I don't have PT sessions. I have PT twice a week. I'm looking to go to the gym 3 times a week at 6am so I miss rush hour and the busiest times. But I'm just struggling, I also don't enjoy going after work so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips how to get more motivated to go early am and to eat healthier?
