Early morning gym goers - help!

I'm really trying to get back into the gym and as I now work from home I'm barely moving my body. I just signed up to the gym so I can go on the days I don't have PT sessions. I have PT twice a week. I'm looking to go to the gym 3 times a week at 6am so I miss rush hour and the busiest times. But I'm just struggling, I also don't enjoy going after work so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips how to get more motivated to go early am and to eat healthier?

Why are you going? What are your aims?
I find I need to get pretty obsessive about it to get into the rhythm. There are some great TikTok creators who inspire me to get up and do it. Have a look for Whitney Simmons and nataleebfitness, they're my two favourites.
I find the smug feeling of having gone is a good reward, and I also love routine, so I plan out my week on spreadsheets and put all my food into MFP.
You need to think about it as self care and a treat to be able to go and spend that time on yourself. If you can get into that mindset it will become so much easier.

I love going at this time in the morning. I don’t have any tips though. It’s the only time I can go without inconveniencing my family?

Get your kit out the night before, set the alarm and drag yourself out of bed. You can be at the gym before your body has worked out what's going on and once you're there it's usually ok!

I usually train mid morning but if I have to get it done early morning then I drink a LOT of coffee, eat something carby like a rice Krispy Square and just get it done!
