Conjunctivitis but middle of nowhere!

Hello! I'm on a dive holiday in the Philippines and I've got conjunctivitis. I'm nowhere near any shops of any description. All I've got with me that might be useful is a box of 'antiseptic eye wipes' purchased at HK airport (it started on the flight) and a tube of Germolene. What can I do? My eyes are sticky and puffy 🫤 Can i smear Germolene on my clised eyelids? The wipes are starting to sting - should I persevere with them? Thsnk you x

Cooled boiling water, dip a cotton pad in, one pad for each eye, wipe. Repeat several times daily. The drops only speed up recovery by a day.....according to my gp.
Since working in child care I get it regularly and found that it's gone within around 3 days when doing this.
