Red spot on stomach? Possibly related to antidepressant?

Hi, so i suffer with health anxiety a lot. I’ve been taking escitalopam for a few weeks now, I’ve been bleeding from my gums but I suffer with gum disease (getting this treated soon) however the blood is usually in my mouth when I wake up, which never usually happens as i usually just bleed when i brush my teeth. I have now noticed a red blood spot on my stomach, picture attached. I’ve been getting myself in a state thinking I could have signs of leukaemia, I have read that Thrombocytopenia can be a rare side effect on anti depressants which can cause bleeding gums and bleeding under the skin. I’m 23 for context. But also read that the spot can be a cherry angioma. I take birth control if that has anything to do with it as I saw hormones can affect cherry angiomas as well

Is it just one spot?

You need to talk to your GP about those side effects in case it is something serious.
