I was just going about my day and all of a sudden I had this searing pain in my wrist. Now I've got a lump on it which looks sort of bruised but I'm sure I didn't bump it, and I can see my pulse bumping away, only on that side. My right hand and my arm are a bit sore. Anyone else had this? Pic of newly dodgy wrist and the left normal wrist attached!
