Premature Atrial Contractions (PACs)

had a routine ecg that showed Premature Atrial Contractions.

only 2 normal heartbeats show in a 90sec reading.

after googeling I have all the symptoms

obvs I will see cardiology. but want to hear what to expect.

holter (24h ecg) & stress test are mentioned in the letter.
is the stress test sonething like running on the treadmill until you puke?

Stress test is running on a treadmill until you reach your maximum heart rate.

tbh I don't know.

I have no symptoms, it was picked up on a routine short ecg.
my resting heart rate is very low though according to my smart watch.
