PICTURE: Scary broken red veins under foot

Hi there,
I’m freaking out a bit, I’ve just noticed I have this ring of broken veins under my right foot. It’s a circular pattern and it looks like they have broken (not sure what the medical term is, apologies). Some Googling mentions advanced vein disease!
Does anyone know anything about this? Left foot is fine.

I have absolutely no idea about anything vein related, but that looks a lot like the ring worm rash I had last year.

Doesn’t look like veins. Looks more like bruising from standing on something.
