Thanks, but it's not just an enema, the herbs help your gut slough off years of build-up. It takes several days or weeks depending which 'kit' you use. You have to fast a bit or at the very least clean up your diet big time.

scanner - you could just take the physillium but I think the other herbs are quite important too and the good formulas usually include all sorts of things that help make it easier on your system or replenish friendly bacteria etc. Save up, it's worth it.
