Missing part of prescription

I did a repeat order of my two menopause drugs last week and went to collect it today from the pharmacy. I was only charged for one and assumed I must have only ordered one (I don't always order both parts together and my memory is terrible).

Once I got home, I could see the slip showing I'd ordered both. And checking the NHS app, both drugs are showing as ordered.

I'll need to go back to the pharmacy but how do I prove they've only given me part of the prescription?

You only paid for one, they will be able to confirm that.

Do you have the receipt for just one item?

Thanks both - headed back today to be told the reason they hadn't filled the script was because the second drug is out of stock and no idea when it will be back.

So now I have to call the GP to get a paper script and call round pharmacies to see who might have it available.
