After I ovulate, I have to pee all the time

This has happened for a few months in a row. Every time it's gone on so long I've thought maybe I have a UTI because I'm weeing so frequently, and will occasionally wake up with back pains too. But then it goes away and I think we'll that's got better by itself. But now I've realised there's a pattern - a few days after ovulation it starts and goes on until my period starts.

I'm not pregnant. Could possibly be peri menopausal- I'm only 37 but have had one ovary surgically removed. Periods can be 28 day cycles for a few months then go haywire occasionally with slightly longer cycles. Not on any contraception.

Does anyone know what this could be? I feel like the doctor will think I'm wasting their time if I ask about it. I always seem to be there for something or other at the minute.

This has started happening to me too! Following with interest. For the past 2 or so years I reckon, I've been getting it in the lead up to my period (like a day or two before) and then for the first few days of it so really dreading if this becomes an ongoing thing I will barely ever have a break from it.
