What is this in my toddler’s bath?!

First-time posted here and bit of a weird one - over the last week or so I’ve noticed little floating things in my dd’s (21 months) bath water. I assumed it was dry skin but she doesn’t have any obvious dry patches on her skin. Could it be coming from inside her?! Sorry for the slightly gross picture. Anyone seen this before? She’s otherwise well in herself.

It is from bath toys? The inside of them get gunky.

Hmm good shout, although she only has a few cups and some sponge numbers/letters, and they’re not obviously dirty. I’ll give them a good scrub and see what happens next bath time…

Do you have animals? Might be worth getting some age appropriate worming tablets - not saying they are worms I've no idea but young children do get them.

Worms?

Mumofone52 · 26/01/2023 18:56

Yes I have two cats. Worms was my first thought but I thought she couldn’t possibly have them! I didn’t realise kids could. I’ll look into treatment..
