What are these spots on my arm?

I've had these little red spots on both my arms for about a year now. Never thought anything of it but am wondering if its a symptom of some underlying condition. Not sure it is super clear in the photos but they are tiny reddish pin-prick spots.

oh forgot to mention this but they are not itchy at all

Keratosis Pilaris?

Thanks but I don't think these are keratosis. I've had that in the past on my upper arms and they are bumpy and you get them in a sort of cluster. These are very flat and literally like a pin prick

I have had those for years and years. They appeared (or I first noticed them) when I got the flu as a teen. Now in my late 30s and still have them.
