Lumbar MRI results. Can anyone help?

Can anyone explain these results to me? Thanks!

Findings:Segment L5-S1 shows a central protrusion. Neuroforamina bilat
erally are
spared.
Segment L4-L5 shows a central protrusion with mild impingement on both
L5 roots.
Neural foramina bilaterally are spared. There is increased signal inte
nsity in
the posterior rim of the intervertebral disc indicating an annular tea
r.
Segment L3-L4 shows no significant nerve root compromise as well as se
gment
L2-L3. There is no evidence of a spinal canal lesion. The vertebral he
ights are
well preserved. There is an intravertebral haemangioma in L1 with beni
gn
features.
