I have an area just behind my right hip bone about the size of a hand that is really sore, it feels just like sunburn. There are no rashes or colour difference just looks normal. It hurts to touch, it's really odd and I have had it for a few weeks now. Don't think it's muscular, it seems to be the skin.
Any idea what it is or how to sort it out please?
