Has anyone here ever had a uti but without stinging pee

I was experiencing some dribbling over the past few weeks. This prompted me to order a home uti test kit online. The test strips I ordered tests for 5 markers in the urine. I was able to test tonight due to the end of my period. The initial result shows maybe a uti brewing, possibly. Naturally I will go to my doctor. The leukocytes are positive with a number 15 result. It's also positive for blood. I thought I was at the end of my period and it didn't look like there was any blood in the urine sample I took at home but it still showed high levels of blood.

I don't have any fever. Not even a low grade one. I don't have any other pain in my back or sides and my belly is OK. I was experiencing a slight pelvic pain.

It's all so unusual. I don't usually experience utis. Only the home test kit has helped me identify that maybe there might be something happening.

I have GI issues and I need to keep fluids up. I am drinking about 2 and half litres of water a day so a uti is so unusual for me.

I was on antibiotics every couple of weeks for wanting to pass urine every few minutes , being able to do it with no stinging. I knew it wasn’t thrush. They upped the strength of the antibiotics. It would go away but a few days later would be back again.

it was a lovely 111 Dr that suggested I go to GP and ask for HRT pessaries. My age and thinner vaginal lining was causing the issue. I got what he suggested and I get this on prescription. 3x a week at moment and they’ve done the trick.

Ive only ever had a UTI once and I felt a strange sensation in my bladder when weeing, then I got loin pain. No stinging.

I used test strips last night and the results did show a slightly raised leukocytes in the urine. I checked again today and that was all clear this morning.

I am experiencing some issues. Sometimes there is a fullness in the bladder and some some dribbles or bubbles. The home uti test has now come back clear for uti. I don't have fever or low grade fever. There's no more pain in the abdomin or back.

I was going to make a doctors appointment but now I don't know what to do.

I started my period last weekend. It seems as if the flow has eased quite considerably and this is normal for me. The flow is not heavy or full on any more and it does look like it has stopped with only some light spotting.

So when I went to the toilet today. A few times today and when I wiped. I wiped blood on the tissue but it looks like the blood came from the pee hold and not the vagina. It seems as if the period blood has come to a slow and there's not enough flow for leakage elsewhere into the underwear and into the bottom and bladder. When I wiped it did look like the blood has come from the pee hole.

But I am not able to fully establish this. I don't know of its period blood or not. Maybe its period but I don't know yet. I will see again later on.

Should I wait another few more days to wait and see if the period comes to a complete stop and then check again.
