A few days ago I fell and landed badly on my arm, went to A&E - urgent care - and an x-ray showed a probable fracture - a "buckle" fracture of my lower arm bone, which is not too serious, but I now have to wait another week in a temporary cast for my appointment with consultant at the fracture clinic. Googling, it seems this is rare in adults.
Its's not too painful now as long as i don't use it at all, not even to open a packet of biscuits, and i have to type with one hand for work.
Does anyone know how long it's likely to be before it's healed enough to a) do things like type, hold things, and b) to drive? i was hoping to ask the clinic but thats not until next week now. 😟
