Pregnant and have a period?

I got my “period” 12 days early which is unusual. I bled 3 days not heavy but medium anyways I am still having mild cramps and backaches. I am slightly sick to my stomach too. Has anyone ever gone through this and found out they were pregnant?

I had an implantation bleed with both my pregnancies but it was like spotting for a day or so.
Back aches and cramps happened very early but I didnt get any nausea until about the 6-7 week mark by which point I knew I was pregnant.

I had got my cycle but my bloated didn't go away breast swollen fell like iam pregnant having back aches
