How to decongest and unblock ears?!

any tips?!

My ears are SO blocked from this congestion and my face feels bruised. One of my ears has a burst ear drum but the other is just blocked so any remedies for ear drum or blockage would be amazing.

I am on a date tomorrow and won't be able to hear him over the table

Nothing worked until I had steroid nasal drops prescribed. They clear the congestion from the inside.

I use Vicks Vaporub behind ear, under ear and round front of ear but not in the ear
